The inquiry form asks for your name, email address and the closest description of the glass concern. Vessel location, vessel details and a written note are optional. Please include only information relevant to the request and avoid sensitive personal information.

We use these details to review the inquiry, discuss suitability and availability, respond to you and maintain related service correspondence. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

How an inquiry is handled.

Submitted inquiries are recorded on server infrastructure used to operate the service. A notification is sent to the business’s designated mailbox so the request can be reviewed. Hosting, email and security providers process information as needed to deliver these functions.

The on-screen reference confirms server acceptance. It does not mean that a person has read the inquiry; a reply is sent separately after review.

Technical information.

The hosting and inquiry systems process technical request data, which can include IP address, request time, browser information and security signals, to serve the website, detect abuse and prevent repeated submissions.

The website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. After a successful submission, your browser may retain the inquiry reference for the current tab session. The form does not store your entered personal details in browser storage.

Keeping information.

Inquiry records and related correspondence are kept as needed to handle the request, maintain service records and meet applicable obligations. You can ask about the information associated with your inquiry or request correction or deletion; any required retention will be considered when responding.

Use the inquiry form, choose “I’m not sure” and write “Privacy request” in the optional details. Include an existing inquiry reference if relevant. Do not send identification documents through this form.
